Payment
We require full payment to reserve a position on a trip.
Prices
Prices are in New Zealand dollars and must be settled in New Zealand dollars. All prices are subject to change.

Cancellations
Cancellation Policy
We will offer a full refund if:
You have given at least 24hrs notice to cancel for scheduled departures, and 4 days notice for private/group bookings.
We cancel due to weather, and you cannot reschedule
We cancel due to minimum numbers are not reached.
Sorry, No refunds will apply to:
Cancellations within 24hrs of the departure date.
Late arrivals or no shows on the day.
Downgrades or deciding not to climb. Please make sure you choose the right climb for you.
We reserve the right to cancel trips if the minimum numbers are not reached.
All Gift Cards are sold on a no refund, exchange or cancellation basis and you agree to these terms and conditions when purchasing a Gift Card. Gift cards must be used within 12 months of purchase. Some promotional bookings may be totally non-refundable, this will be clearly identified in that booking section

Contact you to receive your booking confirmation once you have book an experience on our website.
Providing some information is optional. If you choose not to enter your personal information, we’ll be unable to book you on our experience.
